WESLACO - Alta May Kruse, 100, passed away on December 26, 2016 in Weslaco. Alta May was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 31, 1916 to John Yonkers and May Carpenter. She is preceded in death by her husband Harvey Kruse, brother Ernest Yonkers, sister Mary Helen Carlborg and nephew Donald Yonkers. Alta May is survived by her nephews William Carlborg, Kenneth Carlborg, Ernest Dale Yonkers, four great-nephews and two great-nieces. Arrangements under the care of McCaleb Funeral Home of Weslaco.
