Anne Mae Brown

February 3, 1916 — July 14, 2020

Weslaco- Anne Mae Brown, 104, went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 14th, 2020, after contacting pneumonia. She passed away peacefully at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco, Texas.
Anna Mae Brown was well known in Little Rock, Arkansas, where she was born and lived for most of her life. She was a faithful member of the Church of Nazerene. She loved people and was always willing to help those in need. Anne played the organ and piano for most of her years. She was born on February 3, 1916; she had two boys, Bobby Ray Brown, born September 2, 1936; Frederick Michael Brown Jr. The second son had a brain tumor and died at age five. He is buried in Little Rock, Arkansas. His mother will be buried there also.
The first son, Bobby, is a pastor in the Church of the Nazerene and has been for fifty six years. He served in several foreign countries as well as pastoring several different churches in the U.S.
Anna Mae loved her two grandchildren and her six great-grandchildren and did a lot to make them happy. She will always be remembered with love and gratitude.
