Deborah Gonzalez

EDINBURG - Deborah Lynn Gonzalez, came into the world on June 12,1968. She was born to Delia Villalon and David Juarez. She paused her time here with us on July 1, 2021 in the company of her loving daughter and grandchildren.

She was a devoted and faithful friend of Jehovah, helping countless friends and individuals in any way that she possibly could. If you had any encounter with Deborah, you know she made it her goal to make you feel loved and welcome at all times. She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend.

She had an amazing work ethic and her list of achievements is too extensive to mention in this small space, but her main achievement and goal was to serve her Almighty God, Jehovah. With confidence we look forward to the fulfillment of Jesus words at John 5:28-29 “The hour is coming in which all those in the memorial grave will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life.”

She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. We look forward to seeing Deborah again.

She is preceded in death by her father Odon Gonzalez and, ex-husband Jimmy Don Lawrence. She is survived by her mother Delia Villalon, adoptive mother Estela Solis, father, Moises Solis, her children Ashley M. Lawrence, Jimmy Lawrence and wife Josefina Lawrence, Joshua Odon Gonzalez and wife Dessie Marie Gonzalez, Jared David Lawrence and wife Stephanie Lawrence, and James Pyron, grandchildren Marcus Lawrence, Cataleya Ramos, Michael Ramos, Salomon Ramos, Natalia Ramos, Jolene Lawrence, Juliette Lawrence, Joshua James Gonzalez, Jon Michael Anthony Gonzalez, Athaliah Lawrence, David Wayne Lawrence, and Aurora Lawrence. Deborah also leaves behind her siblings Dinah Lisa Ramirez, Josette Guerra, Lillian Orendein, Esther McCord, David Juarez, and as well as many nieces and nephews and in laws that loved her very much.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 6th & Wednesday, July 7th, 2021 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a 6:00 pm Prayer Service on Tuesday at McCaleb Funeral Home in Weslaco.
