Esther Sauceda Rodriguez

Weslaco- Esther Sauceda Rodriguez passed away on Wednesday, May 11th, 2016. She is preceded in death by parents, Guadalupe Sauceda and Encarnacion Sauceda, her loving husband of 28 years, Salvador Rodriguez, and her sister, Emilia Zavala and her loving dog, "Rocky".
She is survived by her brother, Gabriel Sauceda (Lile), her sisters, Amelia Villarreal (JP), Sarah Gonzalez (Silvanot), Isabel Salazar (Arturo), and Martina Garza, her brothers in law, Fidel Rodriguez, Martin Rodriguez (Irma), sisters in law, Mary Alvarado (Jay), and Hilda Aguirre (Armando), her children, Melissa Lozano (Ted) Melcher, Jessica Lozano (Joe) Rodriguez, Raul Lozano Jr., Kayla Lozano, and Nick Gonzalez, her grandchildren Taylor Rodriguez, Roman Lozano, Ramses Lozano, Ayden Rodriguez, Jacob Solis, Jason Solis, JR Solis, and her great grandchildren Dezarae Nicole Gonzalez and Jax Kaiden Perez,her loving provider Olivia, who the family would like to especially thank, and her precious dogs, "Charlie" and "Benji"
Esther will always be remembered as a loving wife, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend. She was a courageous woman who fought cancer for many years. She was first diagnosed in 2007 and went into remission. Her final battle began in 2014 and she fought the good fight. She was a seamstress most of her life and the last 20 years she was a homemaker and made quite an impression. She was a fantastic book and she continued using her sewing skills ant home. She loved to chrochet and was known for making beanies and blankets. She was an animal lover and had many dogs, cats and roosters and they all got along great.
Esther will always be remembered.
