Janelle Ortega

HOLLAND, MI - Our daughter, Janelle Delicia Ortega, 21, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 9, 2018. She was born on June 20th, 1996 in Weslaco and then she grew up in Holland, Michigan. Janelle will mostly be remembered for her love of music. She enjoyed playing guitar and the clarinet, but most of all, she loved life and spending endless hours with her son. She enjoyed baking, camping, and going to the beach. She was loved by many for her friendly, outgoing, and captivating personality. Janelle is preceded in death by her great-grandfather, Tomas Perez. She is survived by her son, Isaac Ortega, mother, Viola Perez (Ben Hagberg), siblings, Anthony Del Villar, Jesenia Del Villar, and Benjamin Hagberg, great-grandmother, Tomasa Perez, grandparents, Juan M. Perez Sr. and Yolanda Abuinaaj, Juan M. Perez Jr. (Diana), Andres Perez, Joe January, and Michael Perez , aunt, Jamie Ingles, and numerous cousins.
