Weslaco- Julian (Spaghetti) Aguirre , 82, entered into his eternal resting place Sunday, February 8, 2015 at McAllen Medical Center. He was born January 7, 1933 in Progreso, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents, Guadalupe Aguirre, Barbarita & Miguel Ramirez, Sister, Ramona Martinez, Sister, Andrea Garza, brothers Martin and Juan Aguirre. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Vera, three Sons, Julian Aguirre, Jr. (Nora Mata Acosta), Guadalupe Aguirre (Cecilia), and Joseph Aguirre; two Daughters, Christine Aguirre, Melissa Aguirre; four Sisters, Amada Aguirre, Carmen Medrano, Olivia Ramirez, and Margarita Ramirez.
Julian was a lifelong resident of Weslaco. He was a truck driver most of his life as early as he could drive. Julian loved to work on trucks and cars, this was his hobby. He will be remembered as a “work-aholic” who loved to provide for his family. In his later years he enjoyed hunting and fishing with his sons.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, 3-9pm, with a Rosary at 7pm. A Mass will be held Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 2:00 pm at St Joan of Arc in Weslaco. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
