Kassandra Monserrath Mendoza

Weslaco- Kassandra Mendoza, 2, passed away suddenly on Friday, June 7th, 2019. Kassandra was born on December 9th, 2016 to Luis and Aracely Mendoza. She was the youngest of six children and brought a special bond to the family. Kassandra was full of energy and spunk and had a smile that would cheer up anyone's day. She was full of love, life, laughter, and joy. She will be missed and always remembered by her family. Kassandra is survived by her paternal grandparents, Luis Sr. and Rosa Maria Mendoza, maternal grandparents, Felix V Basaldua, and Maria Zuniga Morales, parents, Luis Jr. and Aracely Mendoza, sister, Stephanie, brothers, Luis Michael, Jonathan, Marcus, and Isaiah. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 11th, from 12-9 pm, with a rosary at 7 pm. Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 12th, 10 am, at Sacred Park Cemetery in Mercedes.
