Weslaco-Kevin Ryan Kennedy, 63, joined his Heavenly Father on Friday, February 12, 2016.
He was born March 21, 1952 to Patricia Lee Blount and Herschel Virgil Kennedy. Kevin was married to Dr. Sofia Adams Kennedy and is survived by his step-daughter Dr. Ana Sophia Valdez, Brothers Andrew Ross Kennedy, Timothy Lee Kennedy (Amy), Brent Kennedy, and Bruce Kennedy (Velma), and his sister Nancy Kennedy Curry (Tim), and various nephews and nieces.
Public viewing will take place Sunday, Monday, February 15, 2016 from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will take place Monday, February 15th at 6:00 pm, at McCaleb Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the Adams Kennedy family is requesting that contributions be sent for Recycled Rovers and Friends, an organization which Kevin and his family helped and supported. These contributions may be mailed to McCaleb Funeral Home (addressed to Recycled Rovers and Friends), 900 W 4th st. Weslaco, Texas 78596.
