Maria Teresa Gonzalez

Weslaco- Maria Teresa Gonzalez,65, passed away on Sunday, August 21st, 2016 at the Aurora House in Weslaco. Maria was born on November 27th, 1950 to Antonio Gonzalez and Antonia Estudiante Gonzalez in Tamaulipas, Mexico. She grew up in Mexico and would raise her family there. She had seven children. They moved to Weslaco in 1991, where she lived the rest of her life. Maria is preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Modesto Gonzalez. She is survived by her sisters, Maria del Refugio Gonzalez, Rita Gonzalez, Maria Concepcion Gonzalez, Celia Gonzalez, and Ernestina Gonzalez, her brother, Blas Gonzalez, her children, Marisol Rodriguez (Noe) of Lewisville, TX, Maria del Rosario Rodriguez (Josh), of Lewisville, TX, Sandra Rodriguez (Eric), of Mercedes, TX, Berenice Garcia (Lang), of Lewisville, TX, Armando Rodriguez (Jerica), of Arizona, Miguel Angel Rodriguez (Janette), of Pharr, TX, and Maria Felix Vargas (Hector), of Lewisville, TX, thirteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and numerous nephews and nieces.
