Noe Diaz was a man who deeply touched the hearts of all who knew him. His journey began on July 24, 1962, and although he passed away on March 26, 2024, his memory will forever remain in our hearts.
Noe enjoyed the simple pleasures of life and had a profound love for his family. He found joy in BBQs, fishing, cooking, and ensuring the well-being of his loved ones. Noe was a dedicated fan of Texas Rangers Baseball and the Dallas Cowboys and cherished moments spent watching games with those with dear friends and family. He also enjoyed scratching lottery tickets and taking his brothers on adventures to explore nature's bounty.
Those closest to Noe will never forget his signature scent of Kenneth Cole Black cologne, impeccable grooming, and his fondness for pressed shirts and jeans. His thoughtful nature shown through in the gifts he would pick out for his family whenever something reminded him of them.
Noe had a unique way with words, sprinkling humor into everyday phrases that brought laughter to those around him. Described as stubborn yet loving, bossy yet caring, Noe was a pillar of strength for many. He was a shoulder to lean on during good times and the bad.
Noe's unwavering dedication to his work and family earned him praise for his expertise in fruits and vegetables. His humility was evident in his belief that one's worth was not defined by a degree but by passion and hard work.
