OLIVE SUE MORGAN, 89, passed away peacefully with family by her side on Tuesday, September 25, 2018. She was born on July 31, 1929, to San Benito pioneers' parents, Marion and Olive Corbello. She was raised in San Benito and lived there until the death of her beloved husband and son. She moved to Weslaco, Texas to be closer to her daughters. There she found new friendships in clubs and church. She was the Manager of the Kilowatt Federal Credit Union for 12 years. Once in Weslaco, she began volunteering for Knapp Medical Center for 14 years. She loved music and had a passion for gardening. More than anything she loved her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marion and Olive, her brother, Ricard Lee Corbello, her husband Kenneth Lawrence Morgan and son, Glenn Kenneth Morgan. She is survived by her daughters Beverly Madden (Jay), Weslaco and Sandra Hood (Kelley), Donna. Her brothers Thomas Corbello, San Benito, Harry Corbello, California, her sister, Patricia Peacock Dean, Denton, TX. Her grandchildren, Kenneth, Laurie, Clinton, Christine, Natalie, Lynn, and eleven great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be under the care of McCaleb Funeral Home, Weslaco. Graveside Services will be conducted by the First United Methodist Church, San Benito on Friday, September 28, 2018, at 12 noon at Mont Meta Memorial Park, 26170 State Hwy 345, San Benito, TX. The family would like to thank her loving Care providers, Bea Jimenez, Janie Perez of Kindred Hospice and Anita Vallejo.
