Patricia Adalyn Titus

The Lord called Patricia Adalyn Titus, 88, home on Wednesday, June 15, 2022.
She was born in Chariton, Iowa June 28, 1933, to Robert Dale Mattson and Doris Nelle Marshall.
In 1956 Pat met the love of her life, Jim Titus. Only Nine days later they married. Beating all the odds
they stayed married for an amazing 66 years!
Patricia was focused on creating a strong family foundation. When her children were raised Pat went
back to school to earn a master's degree. She taught high school English and Drama at the Marine
Military Academy and Harlingen High School until her retirement.
Patricia served many, many years as a pastor and minister in the Community of Christ Church.
Patricia is survived by her loving husband, James E. Titus, and 5 children: Larry (Lynn) Pieart, Valerie Gamez,
James E. (Teri) Titus II, Barry (Eid) Titus, and Gerry (Fran) Titus; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; sister Roberta Kaplan, brother Richard Mattson, several nieces and nephews
She was an awesome, loving, funny, caring, and beautiful person. She will be greatly missed.
