WESLACO Ricardo "Rick" Garcia passed away peacefully at the age of 66 in Weslaco, TX on Saturday, July 2, 2022. At his request, no service will be held but instead a loving gathering.
Ricky is predeceased by his parents, Jose and Leonila Garcia. Left to cherish his memory are his children, Matthew, Alexandra, and Sarah, two brothers Joe and Jesse and his sisters Mamie, Mary, and Diane, and many close friends who were like family to him.
Ricky was born May 13, 1956, in Weslaco, TX, and has lived there his entire life. He was known for his friendliness, never known to be upset, and always greeted you with a smile. He was reserved but had an aura that would just draw you to him instantly.
There will be a Celebration of life on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at 6pm to honor him. The gathering will be held at 2310 Spicewood Springs, Weslaco, TX 78596.
