Weslaco - Robert A. Hulteen 85, passed away on Thursday February 16, 2023. Bob was born March 12, 1937 in Lawrence, Kansas to A. George and Alberta (Commons) Hulteen.

Bob served in the US Marine Corp. He was an avid golfer, Kansas City Chiefs fan and Kansas Jayhawk basketball fan.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Peggy Risk Hulteen.
