Salvador Rodriguez Jr. “Junebug”
WESLACO----Salvador Rodriguez Jr. was called home by our Lord and Savior on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, at the age of 57. He is now reunited in Heaven with his mother, Eloisa “Locha” Rodriguez.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, son, brother, and uncle. His love for fishing was endless. His presence will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He always lit up a room with his amazing smile, and infectious laughter.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 28 years, Esther Sauceda Rodriguez, his children, Melissa Lozano (Ted) Melcher, Jessica Lozano (Joe) Rodriguez, Raul Lozano Jr. (Rosie), Kayla Lozano, and Nick Gonzalez. His grandchildren Taylor Rodriguez, Roman Lozano, Ramses Lozano, Ayden Rodriguez, Jacob Solis, Jason Solis, JR Solis, and his great grandchildren Dezarae Nicole Gonzalez and Jax Kaiden Perez.
Also left to cherish his memory is his father, Salvador Filemon Rodriguez Sr., his siblings, Mary (Jay) Alvarado, Fidel Rodriguez, Martin (Irma) Rodriguez, Hilda (Armando) Aguirre, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are under the direction on McCaleb Funeral Home in Weslaco.
