Stephen "Mark" Eoff

WESLACO/CORPUS CHRISTI - Stephen Mark Eoff was born on August 17, 1960, to Therman and Audrey Eoff in Mercedes, Texas. He entered Eternal life on November 19, 2022, at his residence in Corpus Christi, Texas, at age 62. He is preceded in death by his father, Therman Eoff, and sister Linda Eoff Bobo.
He is survived by his mother, Audrey Eoff; children, Heather Eoff Bosquez (Steven), Preston Eoff (Ashli); former wife, Christine Tucker; sisters, Cindy Eoff Petch, Mary Eoff Martin (Glen), Melody Eoff Brunnemann (Mark), and brother, Michael Eoff (Teresa).
Mark was excited about his daughter expecting his first grandchild. He had numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews whom he loved dearly. In addition, he had 50 first cousins, extended family, and numerous friends.
Mark grew up in Weslaco, Texas, graduating from Weslaco High School. He worked on the Bradford and Eoff Farms in Progreso, Texas, with his father, brother, uncle, and cousins. He was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church.
He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing with family and friends. His favorite fishing spots were South Padre Island and the Laguna Madre. In addition, he loved to cook, especially barbecue.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, November 25, 2022, at the McCaleb Funeral Home, 900 W. 4th St., Weslaco, Texas. His ashes will be sprinkled over the Laguna Madre near Port Isabel later.
