Weslaco- Susan K. Barge-Frantz 60 passed away on June 16th, 2024 at her home. She was born on May 3, 1964 in Piqua, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her husband of 30+ years Norman Frantz, Parents Leo Lester. 
Barge & Jessie Ann Adams-Barge, of Ohio they moved to Texas 1978 She was 14 year old, Attended school in Elsa, Tx. She meat Norman Elroy Frantz in 1982 and then they together opened Norman’s produce/Weslaco Farmers Market, at the Weslaco location, and that’s where it all began they served the Local Rio grande Valley community and The seasonal winter Texans for 3 almost 4 decades, many memories were made in those 30+ years, not just for Norman and Susan but the entire community has memories, coming to the Market, The market was not just a place for buying and selling, it was our home, It was our way of life, The Local community watched Norman and Susan, expand their family and their business over the years, Most know Susan as one of the hardest working mothers they knew, day in and day out, she gave it her all, she was an inspiration to so many not to give up.
